Bacon adds smoky flavour to any recipe, but how do you achieve this same result when you’re vegan? Liquid smoke, that’s how. Colgin makes two vegan flavour options: Hickory and Mesquite. Available at my grocery store (Publix, if you’re in Florida), I’ve used both in my recipes where I want that rich smoky flavour and it works like a charm. Try it the next time you’re making BBQ sauce.
