Success! The MacNut-Crusted Tofu with Orange Sauce recipe turned out well, and was delicious. The coating stayed on the tofu, nicely, and browned well. Sharon’s technique for drying the tofu also worked well. I was amazed by how saturated the paper towels became, and could actually feel the difference in the tofu when I changed the towels.
This recipe [MacNut-Crusted Tofu with Orange Sauce] was magnificent. I recommend it to those who have not tried it.
